A list of all clock hands. Clock hands are a mechanism for controlling the process of freeing memory up for re-use.

What It ShowsComments
Clock handThis is INTERNAL or EXTERNAL. These have misleading names, and do not necessarily refer to memory pressure internal or external to SQL Server. Internal clock hands respond to local memory pressure, whereas external clock hands respond to global memory pressure (which may be caused by external factors)
RoundsThe total number of rounds since the last service restart
Removed all roundsThe total number of entries removed since the last service restart
Last tickThe time that the hand last "moved"
Round start timeWhen the current round started
